Lose those extra pounds and get your body in shape while having fun and meeting others through interactive, challenging workouts.  Boxing is not only known as one of the best cardiovascular workouts, but also a discipline that improves your mental capabilities by challenging your quickness, coordination and focus.

Through these classes you will learn basic footwork, punches and defensive techniques and develop these skills further through drills and sequences.  You will also learn the concepts and strategies of the game and learn how to apply them through safe application drills.  Classes are high-intensity to develop the strength, stamina and speed boxers are known to exhibit.  Through the help of our various experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff, whether you are just learning the basics or a competitive boxer, you will continue to develop and perfect your skills and enjoy your journey discovering the Sweet Science of Boxing.

The Boxing Program is run by Ryan Grant, renowned coach of countless amateur and professional boxers with an extensive coaching knowledge developed through a lifetime of involvement in the sport.



Gloves and wraps are mandatory for this class.

Mouth guards are mandatory for those who would like to participate in body or light contact sparring.

Only indoor running shoes with a soft sole, wrestling or boxing shoes or bare-feet are permitted in the gym.

Gloves, wraps and mouth guards are available for sale in our Rival Equipment Store.
