Through fun, interactive and progressive classes, Ladies Boxing Class participants will develop proper exercise habits and techniques to build strong, healthy bodies that will transform the way they feel day-to-day in their levels of energy, motivation and confidence. Womens boxing training & classes from Grants MMA Gym are small in size to provide a supportive and intimate environment where participants feel comfortable.

Boxing is known as one of the best cardiovascular workouts due to the non-stop movement, upper and lower body demands and core rotational power development.  In these 60min sessions you will learn how to throw proper powerful punches, defensive blocks and movement, quick slick footwork that will make you ‘float like a butterfly’.  These are non-contact sessions for all levels and focus on learning proper fundamentals and applications of boxing while pumping up your heart rate and burning those calories.  These efficient sessions not only give you a full-body workout but are fun, interactive and empowering!

Boxing is known as the Sweet Science for the amount of strategy, speed, reactability, precision and focus it requires.  Connect your mind and body and see how Boxing can generate increased awareness, coordination and overall confidence as you learn how powerful and capable you can be!

Boxing gloves and wraps are required for this class and are available for sale at Grant’s MMA Gym.
