Early Morning Kickboxing Classes In North York Toronto
The best way to start off your morning. This program will be a mix of strength/conditioning and kickboxing, geared to help cut and tone your body as well as learn kickboxing techniques. will get you toned, cut and help you shave off unwanted weight. We will be incorporating pads, bags and partner work with equipment like kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and medicine balls.
