FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Find out where you rate in different aspects of your fitness and what areas you need to improve on.  Also a great way to benchmark where you are so you can measure future improvements.

What is assessed?

  • body composition, body fat measurements, general fitness, upper body, lower body and core strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance

 

COUNSELLING SESSION

Work with an experienced fitness professional to find a solution and proper direction towards meeting your health and fitness goals.

What is discussed?

  • lifestyle factors, past exercise history, current fitness level, medical concerns, nutrition, activity preferences, goals
  • realistic goal-setting with clear steps to achieve success

 

PROGRAM DESIGN & SUPPORT

Receive detailed exercise plans for the month based on your abilities, needs and goals.  Get regular help from a fitness professional and benefit from that extra little push to keep yourself on track.

  • 1 month of personalized exercise programs

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Get personalized training at a more affordable price working in groups of no more than 4.  Not only will you get the personal attention you need, you will get the social and motivational benefits working out within a small group.

BEGINNER FITNESS PACKAGE

Need to start an exercise plan but not sure where or how to get started?  The Beginner Fitness Package is for you!  You will be introduced to exercise gradually through these educational and progressive sessions.  Grant’s MMA Gym Trainers will educate you on exercise and guide you through every movement, concept and progression so you understand what you are doing, participate at a pace you are comfortable with, reduce risks of injury and generate long-term habits for long-term success!
